1 Day out from North Americans
one day to go and things are right on track. I woke up this morning (at 4:15) looking exactly how I wanted. Way tighter than last year and not too flat either. Originally I had planned to carb up all day, but I decided not to start than until my 2:00 PM meal. At that point I'll have about 40 grams of carbs from oats or sweet potatoes every two hours along with 5 ounces of protein. I'll drink normal water until 4:00 and then drink just about 5 oz. with each meal. I'll stop salting any food today, bringing my sodium intake to about 1 gram.
